How Can I Help?
One-to-One ADHD Coaching
Support that honours your brain, your pace, and your lived experience.
ADHD isn’t a personal failure - it’s a different way of experiencing the world. It's exhausting trying to navigate the systems that were never designed with neurodivergent people in mind. Whether you’ve known about your ADHD for years or are just beginning to explore what it means for you, you deserve support that 'sees you'.
This coaching space is designed to be affirming, flexible, and collaborative. No judgment. No pressure to “fix” yourself. Just real support for the way 'your' brain works. Many of us have spent years masking, feeling like we're always 'too much' or 'not enough.' In this space, you’re allowed to show up as you are - messy, brilliant, overwhelmed, excited - and know that all of it is welcome.
Together, we’ll work toward creating more ease in your daily life, more clarity in your goals, and more kindness in how you relate to yourself.
What MY Coaching Offers
This is a space where your neurodivergence is not something to be 'managed', but something to be understood, supported, and worked 'with'.
Together, we’ll build systems that actually make sense for your unique wiring - not cookie-cutter solutions or one-size-fits-all advice.
You’ll get:
A block of 6 sessions, which gives us enough time to identify patterns, experiment with new approaches and reflect on what works.
Weekly or bi-weekly One-to-One Zoom sessions (you decide what pace feels right).
Gentle, achievable action steps between sessions - adapted to your energy, executive functioning, and capacity.
Tools and approaches tailored to you, including support around:
Time perception and transitions
Motivation and momentum (especially when things feel stuck)
Emotional regulation and rejection sensitivity
Creating kinder internal narratives and self-trust
Planning and prioritising without burnout
Optional between-session support via email or voice messages
A shame-free, collaborative space to explore what’s working, what’s not, and what 'might'.
We’ll celebrate wins however small, name your strengths, and troubleshoot gently when things don’t go as planned. Each session is co-created - you’re not being told what to do. Instead, we’re collaborating on tools that fit your actual life, energy, and needs.
This Might Be for You If…
You are waiting for a diagnosis/assessment and need support navigating life in the meantime
You’re tired of trying to 'pass' in neurotypical spaces and want to work 'with' your brain, not against it
You want practical support 'without' the guilt, pressure, or hustle-culture advice
You’re looking for someone who truly gets the reality of executive dysfunction, sensory overload, or nonlinear progress
You crave structure, but only the kind that feels safe and self-directed
You want a co-regulator, a thought partner, and someone who will reflect back your strengths - not just your struggles
You're ready to move at your own pace and define success on your terms, not based on outdated standards of productivity
This coaching is particularly helpful for adults in the workplace, creatives, entrepreneurs, students, and anyone juggling multiple roles and identities while trying to stay true to themselves. If you've been masking or feeling misunderstood, this space offers a soft landing and a fresh start.
This is not about becoming 'more productive.' It’s about finding ease, clarity, and more self-compassion in a world that often misunderstands ADHD. You don’t have to do this alone and you certainly don’t have to do it perfectly.
We’ll work together to dismantle internalised ableism, build resilience, and rediscover the parts of yourself that may have been buried under years of pressure and shame. You are not broken. You’re a whole, dynamic human being - and you deserve support that reflects that.
This is a space for your voice, your pace, and your process. Coaching can be a powerful tool for navigating life as a neurodivergent person - and you don’t have to figure it out alone.
