About Me

Hi, I’m Catie Hope,

I was diagnosed with ADHD at 41, after years of masking and wondering why my brain never seemed to work the way everyone else’s did.

For most of my life, I struggled with emotional overwhelm, procrastination, impulsive decisions, and a deep sense of disorganisation. I was constantly trying to keep up, often blaming myself for not being able to “just get it together”.

My late (and much-needed) diagnosis was a turning point - not just in understanding how my brain actually works, but in learning how to work 'with' it instead of against it.

Most importantly, it was the beginning of 'self-acceptance' - something I’d been missing for as long as I can remember.

I’m now a certified ADHD coach, and I’m deeply passionate about supporting other adults with ADHD - whether you’ve been formally diagnosed or are still figuring things out. I help you understand your unique brain, reconnect with your strengths, and build tools that 'actually' fit your life.

I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can:

  • Explore your challenges without shame

  • Celebrate your wins (especially the small ones - they matter!)

  • Learn practical skills to manage ADHD in a way that feels empowering, not overwhelming

I believe everyone deserves to live a life that feels meaningful and sustainable - and I’m here to support you as you create yours.
